I’m Orsolya, 26, and my story is one of anxiety, self-discovery, and slow healing. After years of school bullying and struggling with agoraphobia, I began working on myself—not for perfection, but for a balance that truly works. Through therapy, routines, and small, consistent steps, I’ve learned not just to survive, but sometimes to live with joy.
